The Rachel Gorry x Lynott Watch is a fully functional timepiece, part of our exclusive collaboration with Rachel Gorry. Please review the below policy for fitting, care, and service details.

Watch Fitting

• Customers who purchase online are welcome to visit any Lynott Jewellery store to have their watch professionally fitted free of charge with proof of purchase.
• Alternatively, you may visit a local jeweller for resizing; however, Lynott Jewellery does not cover external fitting costs.

Warranty & Repairs

• This collection does not include a manufacturer’s warranty, but it is covered under Lynott’s standard refund and faulty goods policies.
• Battery issues within the first six months of purchase will be repaired or replaced free of charge in-store.
• After six months, any battery replacement or maintenance will be chargeable.
• Damage caused by wear and tear, water exposure, accidental damage, or external alterations is not covered.
