We recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising to maintain its finish.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We ship all Irish orders with An Post, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days after dispatch.
During busy periods or promotional events, delivery may take slightly longer. -
Yes. Online orders may be returned within:
● 14 days to notify us of cancellation
● A further 14 days to return the item
We also allow returns within 30 days under our extended policy.
Items must be unworn and in original condition. -
Yes. We ship internationally with A Post. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from An Post so you can follow your parcel.

No. Personalised and engraved jewellery, including fingerprint engravings, are non-returnable unless faulty.
Please carefully check spelling and uploaded images before placing your order. -
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been removed unless faulty.

All Lynott Jewellery items include a 3-month manufacturing warranty covering defects.
If your item is faulty, please email us with your order number and a clear image or video of the
issue.
Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law remain unaffected.
WELDING FAQS

Permanent jewellery is a clasp-free bracelet welded directly onto your wrist during a short in- store appointment.
It is a cosmetic service and can be removed if required. -
Booking deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled. The deposit is deducted from
your total on the day of your appointment.

Permanent jewellery welding is available at selected Lynott Jewellery retail locations in Ireland.
Booking links and availability are available on our website. -
Rewelding within 3 months is complimentary with proof of purchase. After 3 months, a service fee applies.
Lost chains are not refundable.
