LYNOTT jewellery is surgical-grade 316 stainless steel with PVD 18k gold plating, which is bonded to the steel, so it is tarnish resistant and keeps its colour far longer than standard gold plating. To keep it looking new, take it off for swimming, showering and the gym, and keep it away from perfume, lotions and false tan.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

No. Kilo Sale items are strictly non-returnable. All Kilo Sale purchases are final, and once an item has been purchased, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We ship all UK orders with An Post, with delivery typically taking 5-7 working days after dispatch.
During busy periods or promotional events, delivery may take slightly longer. -
Yes. Online orders may be returned within:
● 14 days to notify us of cancellation
● A further 14 days to return the item
We also allow returns within 30 days under our extended policy.
Items must be unworn and in original condition.Please note, we do not accept returns for items purchased on Aer Lingus Flights. In this event please contact Aer Lingus Customer Service.

Yes. We ship internationally through local couriers. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from An Post so you can follow your parcel.

No. Personalised and engraved jewellery, including fingerprint engravings, are non-returnable unless faulty.
Please carefully check spelling and uploaded images before placing your order.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been removed unless faulty.

All Lynott Jewellery items include a 1 -Year manufacturing warranty covering defects.
If your item is faulty, please email us with your order number and a clear image or video of the
issue.
Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law remain unaffected. -
Belly Bars and Body Jewellery are non returnable or refundable due to hygiene protocol.

We ship UK orders with Royal Mail, tracked next day, with no customs charges.

Personalised pieces are made to order, so any order that includes one has a flat €5.95 delivery charge (£5.95 in the UK). That covers your whole order, so if you add other jewellery there’s nothing extra to pay. Personalised pieces aren’t included in free delivery, take 10–15 working days, and can only be shipped to Ireland and the UK.
