TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use
of www.lynott-jewellery.com and the purchase of products from Lynott Jewellery
Ltd.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally
bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information


Lynott Jewellery Ltd is an Irish registered
company operating online and through selected retail locations within Ireland.

2. Acceptance of Terms


By using this website, you confirm that you
are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a
parent or guardian. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of
these Terms.

3. Products and Descriptions


We make every effort to ensure product
descriptions, pricing and images are accurate. However, minor variations may
occur due to screen display differences or manufacturing tolerances.

We reserve the right to amend product
descriptions or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment


All prices are displayed in Euro and
include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at
any time prior to order confirmation.

Payment must be made in full at checkout
using approved payment methods. Payments are processed securely via third-party
PCI compliant providers.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes


Promotional codes must be applied at
checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend
promotions at any time without notice.

6. Order Processing and Amendments


Orders are processed promptly to ensure
efficient dispatch. Once placed, orders cannot be amended, cancelled or altered
including shipping address changes or discount applications.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel
any order where fraud, pricing errors or stock discrepancies are suspected.

7. Stock Availability


While we aim to maintain accurate stock
levels, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we
will offer a refund or alternative product of similar value.

8. Delivery


Risk transfers to the courier once goods
are dispatched. Lynott Jewellery is not responsible for courier delays, customs
delays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and
not guaranteed.

9. Returns and Refunds


Online purchases may be returned within 30
days of receipt provided items are unworn and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return
shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

We do not facilitate exchanges online.
Customers must return the item and place a new order.

Non-returnable items include earrings,
engraved items, gift cards, sale items, vault items, bundles, promotional items
and free gifts with purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original
payment method once items are inspected.

10. In-Store Purchases


In-store purchases must be returned within
14 days to the original store location with a valid physical receipt.

Online purchases cannot be returned in
store and vice versa.

11. Warranty


We provide a three month commercial
warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Manufacturing defects do not include
general wear and tear, plating wear, oxidisation, water damage (unless
specified water resistant), misuse or accidental damage.

We reserve the right to inspect and
determine whether a defect qualifies under warranty.

Our repair, replacement or refund decision
will be made at our discretion and in accordance with Irish consumer law.

12. Materials and Skin Reactions


Our products are made from materials
including stainless steel, copper, zinc alloy, nickel and brass based
components.

Customers with metal sensitivities purchase
at their own discretion. We are not liable for allergic reactions, oxidisation
or greening caused by individual skin chemistry.

13. Engraving and Personalisation


We can only engrave the file provided by
the customer and cannot edit or enhance submitted files.

The quality of engraving depends on the
quality of the file submitted.

Engraved items are non-refundable unless wedetermine the engraving does not meet our internal quality standards.

Fingerprint submissions constitute consent
to process biometric data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Permanent Jewellery Welding Service


A €55 booking deposit is required and is
non-refundable but may be rescheduled.

Permanent jewellery may loosen or break due
to wear and tear. Rewelding within 3 months is complimentary; thereafter a €15
fee applies.

Lost chains are non-refundable. Customers
accept all associated risks upon booking.

15. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law,
Lynott Jewellery Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability
for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

16. Intellectual Property


All website content, product designs, logos and branding remain the intellectual property of Lynott Jewellery Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

17. Force Majeure


We shall not be liable for failure to
perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control including but
not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, courier disruption or
governmental restrictions.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by the laws of
Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Irish courts.
